Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement comprehensive test programs for semiconductor products ensuring optimal coverage and reliability
- Perform test program integration and validation to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize test methodologies and reduce test costs
- Analyze test data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues in production environments
- Document test procedures and maintain technical specifications for all test programs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and throughput
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor test principles and test program development
- Experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms and test content development
- Proficiency in understanding schematics, layouts, and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
