Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and documentation for new products
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and validate product performance
- Analyze product features against technical specifications and recommend improvements
- Implement quality control measures throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product functionality
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for continuous quality improvement
- Stay updated with industry testing standards and emerging quality assurance technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing or quality assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and quality standards (ISO, IATF16949)
- Proficiency in test automation software and defect tracking systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with product validation in electronics or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
