As part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of test product off-loads and the critical maintenance of test equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless qualification processes. Responsibilities
- Manage new product off-load projects, ensuring all deliverables align with customer specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) and equipment calibration to minimize downtime and ensure testing accuracy.
- Execute complex qualification processes for test equipment to verify functional integrity before deployment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to test hardware and software platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to document findings and suggest process improvements for equipment utilization.
- Maintain precise maintenance logs and technical reports in accordance with safety and ISO standards.
- Support the setup and integration of new test products within the existing production line.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience in test equipment maintenance and calibration, preferably in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, product qualification, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
