Responsibilities
- Design and develop test manufacturing processes for RF/microwave products to meet performance and quality specifications.
- Implement and oversee test procedures, ensuring repeatability and accuracy across production lines.
- Analyze test data to identify process improvements, reduce defects, and optimize yield.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and test reports.
- Specify, procure, and validate test equipment and fixtures to support new product introductions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Train production technicians and operators on new test processes and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in test process engineering, preferably in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C++) for test automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
