Akribis Systems Pte Ltd, a leader in precision motion and automation technology, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Technician to join our Stage business unit in Serangoon, North-East Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our precision motion systems through rigorous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for precision motion systems and components.
- Perform hands-on assembly, calibration, and functional testing of electromechanical systems.
- Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and generate detailed reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure product performance meets specifications.
- Maintain test equipment and ensure workstations are organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to improve product quality and test efficiency.
- Document test procedures, results, and any deviations.
- Adhere to quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a testing, quality assurance, or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with precision motion systems, automation equipment, or mechatronics is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using testing instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safety regulations.
