Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily theme park operations to ensure seamless visitor flow and service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on-ground staff to maintain high standards of safety and hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase park attendance, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations across the facility.
- Manage inventory, facility maintenance schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations to protect the brand reputation.
- Drive cost-control measures without compromising the quality of the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in theme park management, hotel operations, or large-scale retail/entertainment environments.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
