Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily ticketing counter operations to ensure a seamless and efficient guest entry experience.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of ticketing staff to maintain high service standards and professional conduct.
- Oversee the accuracy of Point of Sale (POS) transactions, daily cash handling, and financial reconciliations.
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor and manage ticketing inventory, including wristbands, brochures, and administrative supplies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly visitor traffic and revenue reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations departments to execute special promotions and group booking protocols.
- Ensure the ticketing area complies with all health, safety, and operational company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in front-of-house operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in operating modern POS (Point of Sale) systems and high computer literacy (Microsoft Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling financial reporting accurately.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the tourism and wildlife conservation industry.
