Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and high-energy TikTok Live streaming sessions focused on skincare and fashion products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building a loyal community.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan content themes and promotional activities.
- Monitor live performance analytics to continuously improve audience retention and engagement.
- Maintain a professional yet fun on-camera persona that aligns with brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- Passionate about the skincare and fashion industry with a good sense of style.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera and engaging with an audience.
- Energetic, creative, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Malay/Mandarin.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by streaming schedules.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Must have a positive team-player mindset and be eager to learn.
