JTA Tours (M) Sdn Bhd is a premier tour operator based in Kuala Lumpur, specializing in delivering exceptional travel experiences for Japanese-speaking guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tour Reservation and Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tour reservations, handling guest inquiries in Japanese, and ensuring seamless daily tour operations. If you are passionate about the travel industry and fluent in Japanese, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Manage tour reservations and booking operations efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information in Japanese language
- Prepare and reconfirm daily tour operations to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and partners to deliver excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and bookings
- Process tour payments and handle billing procedures
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve service offerings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, reservations, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
