Responsibilities
- Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia for business meetings and daily operations.
- Translate company documents, reports, emails, and technical materials with high precision.
- Assist management in communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking partners or suppliers.
- Ensure cultural and contextual nuances are maintained in all translated materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and correspondence.
- Support administrative tasks that require cross-lingual documentation support.
- Participate in project discussions to provide real-time language assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Translation, or related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; HSK 5 or 6 certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and energetic working attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain professional integrity.
