Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end transport operations, ensuring timely delivery and supply chain continuity.
- Coordinate seamlessly with warehouse and customer service teams to align logistical requirements with client expectations.
- Evaluate and monitor driver performance, providing constructive feedback and training to maintain high safety and service standards.
- Manage fleet utilization and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize operational costs.
- Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective route optimization strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with local transport regulations and company health and safety policies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management, highlighting key KPIs such as delivery time and cost-per-shipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in fleet management software and logistics tracking tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental communications effectively.
- Deep knowledge of Jakarta/national logistics infrastructure and transport regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
