Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in delivering daily lessons and instructional activities for assigned grade levels.
- Provide individualized tutoring and small-group support to reinforce learning objectives and address student needs.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, classroom resources, and assessment tools.
- Monitor student progress, record grades, and communicate feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Supervise students during class time, breaks, and extracurricular activities to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop innovative strategies for student engagement and achievement.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or assisting in a classroom setting (fresh graduates with relevant internship are welcome).
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
