Responsibilities
- Create pixel‑perfect UI mockups, style guides, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user feedback and usability test results into design iterations.
- Work alongside product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff of assets.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for product improvements.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentation decks when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping and micro‑interactions to convey design intent.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and ability to implement inclusive designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross‑functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of UI projects, including web, mobile, and dashboard interfaces.
