Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to iterate on design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop interactive wireframes to demonstrate user flows and functionality.
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and performance across various devices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging UI trends, tools, and best practices in the design industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your process, problem-solving skills, and visual design aesthetic.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus for effective developer hand-off.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
