About the Role
Mindteck is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Singapore. In this contract position, you will be responsible for designing userâcentered digital interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user insights and business objectives into compelling design solutions. Your work will involve creating wireframes, highâfidelity prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications, as well as maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
What Youâll Do
- Design clear, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for diverse digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive UX flows and information architecture.
- Develop and iterate highâfidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Partner with frontâend developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
- Maintain a robust design system that aligns with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Stay upâtoâdate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design patterns.

Responsibilities
- Design userâcentered digital interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and user goals.

Qualifications
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend product design.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design, including iOS and Android guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontâend development processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
