Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design high‑fidelity UI mockups that adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate designs into functional specifications and ensure accurate implementation.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides to promote consistency across products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design processes, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross‑functional teams.
