Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across merchandising, operations, visual display, and customer service departments.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and operational efficiency goals.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform local merchandising decisions.
- Assist in training and coaching new associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to special projects such as store openings, promotional events, and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on store performance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in retail operations and a passion for the UNIQLO brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and operational metrics.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
