As a Valet Driver, you will serve as the first and last impression for our esteemed guests. Your primary responsibility will be the safe, secure, and efficient handling of guest vehicles while providing a warm, attentive, and personalized welcome. This role is critical in setting the tone for a memorable stay. You will need to be impeccably dressed, incredibly courteous, and always ready to assist with luggage, directions, or any guest needs. Proficiency in both manual and automatic transmissions is non-negotiable, as is a spotless driving record.

We offer a competitive salary of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month plus benefits for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, opening doors and providing a personalized welcome experience.
- Drive and park guest vehicles safely and efficiently in designated areas, ensuring the security of all keys and vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage upon arrival, log mileage accurately, and issue a valid parking ticket to the guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked valet stand and parking facility at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Demonstrate confident driving skills for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles while strictly adhering to traffic laws.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front desk, concierge, and security teams to ensure efficient traffic flow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license with Restrictions 1, 2, and 3 is a must.
- Spotless driving record with no major traffic violations or at-fault accidents.
- Proven experience driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles proficiently.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a command of the English language.
- Professional personal presentation, grooming, and demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City on a shifting schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
