Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of documents, records, and field data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform regular audits of administrative files and databases to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve verification issues and ensure data consistency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all verification activities and findings.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure adherence to all internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in verification, data entry, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
