You’ll handle everything from rough cuts and color correction to sound design and motion graphics. Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, brand-aligned video content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and develop engaging storyboards and concepts.
- Perform comprehensive post-production tasks, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Optimize video content for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring efficient file management and version control.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and social media trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition for digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the proven ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, on-brand, and polished final products.
