Capital Dynamics is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to produce content for digital platforms, social media, internal communications, and client campaigns. Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into final video pieces for various channels.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all video assets.
- Manage and organize media libraries, assets, and project files efficiently.
- Incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual effects as needed.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Stay current with editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
