In this dual role, you will lead the production of compelling video content for our brand—ranging from product launches and tutorials to behind-the-scenes lifestyle clips—while also ensuring the smooth coordination of HR and administrative operations.

You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and edit high-quality videos that resonate with our audience. At the same time, you will support day-to-day office management, scheduling, and HR tasks, making you an integral part of both our creative and operational workflows. Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the entire post-production workflow, including colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final rendering.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and asset management.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks like managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and processing internal requests.
  • Maintain an organised library of video assets, templates, and project files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in video editing (portfolio required) and administrative or HR coordination.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve; knowledge of motion design is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Malay or Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube).
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
