Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage guest relations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of villa facilities and amenities.
- Handle inventory management for linens, supplies, and groceries.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in villa management or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic property maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
