Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding villa facilities, local attractions, transportation, and activities in Bali.
- Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations with high precision using our property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure all guest requirements are met promptly.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming appearance for the reception area and lobby.
- Process guest payments accurately and maintain daily cash flow records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or guest relations role, preferably within a villa or boutique hotel setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
