Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber VP Head of Non-Direct Sales to lead our strategic expansion in FTTH subscriber acquisition. In this critical leadership role, you will define the roadmap for non-direct sales channels, optimizing our Mitra ecosystem and Telesales operations to drive sustainable revenue growth across Indonesia.
You will be responsible for scaling distribution networks, managing third-party partnerships, and implementing data-driven sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, capable of driving performance in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive non-direct sales strategy to accelerate FTTH subscriber acquisition.
- Manage and scale the Mitra (agent/partner) network to maximize market penetration.
- Optimize Telesales operations to achieve high conversion rates and consistent revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales organization focused on operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue growth and channel effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales leadership, specifically within the Telecommunications or ISP sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale non-direct sales channels, including agency networks and inside sales.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in a growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong networking capabilities.
