Hill House is looking for enthusiastic Waiters to join our team on a part-time basis, working every weekend and public holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for newcomers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
As a Waiter at Hill House, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff, manage orders through our POS system, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining proper presentation.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring secure transactions.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining tables and stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
