Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering menu highlights and daily specials.
  • Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
  • Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and manage side work.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle requests and feedback with courtesy, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards during all service steps.
  • Process payments accurately, manage cash and POS transactions, and support a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in waitstaff or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage service; ability to upsell politely.
  • Basic math skills and experience with POS systems; cash handling experience.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
