Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome, greet, and seat guests, ensuring a personalized and friendly service experience.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries with deep product knowledge.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensure table settings are prepared according to company standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Excellent personal grooming and a commitment to professional presentation.
- Basic understanding of digital POS systems and payment methods.
