Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all restaurant guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to provide accurate recommendations.
- Accurately record and process customer orders using the POS system.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and set up according to restaurant standards before and during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism to ensure total satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking service stations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred but not required.
- Possess a professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
