Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient table service to all guests.
- Possess deep knowledge of our Italian menu, including daily specials and wine pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, set up, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Upsell menu items and provide insightful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (Italian cuisine experience is a plus).
- Energetic personality with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Strong team player who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to grow within the hospitality sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
