We offer a competitive salary package of Rp 3,300,000 – Rp 3,800,000 per month, along with performance-based tips, comprehensive training, and clear pathways for career advancement. Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus and make recommendations, answering questions about food and beverages.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and with a smile.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure table settings and the overall dining area are clean and properly maintained.
- Process guest payments (cash, credit cards) and handle billing efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bartending staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
