Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining proper food presentation
- Manage table assignments and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Friendly, outgoing personality with customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Good command of English language (spoken/written)
- Team player with strong organizational abilities
