Pengiklan Anonim, a leading apparel manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse / Gudang associate to join our logistics team in Driyorejo, Jawa Timur. As a Warehouse / Gudang employee, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, storing products in designated locations, and preparing orders for outbound distribution. You will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, conduct regular inventory counts, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to occupational health and safety standards. Your attention to detail will help minimize errors, reduce losses, and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Store products in appropriate locations using proper labeling and stacking procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift operator certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
