Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our logistics team at Kalbe Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. As a key member of our supply chain, you will oversee all warehouse activities in our Jakarta Pusat facility, ensuring that our operations align with industry standards and company goals. Your main responsibilities include supervising the receiving, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, managing inventory through regular audits, and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), safety regulations, and quality standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have experience in a regulated environment and be capable of implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), safety regulations, and company policies
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety culture
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office suite
- Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
