Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of FMCG goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and ensuring high performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols (K3) across all warehouse activities.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve picking and packing speed.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and distribution schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse productivity and inventory status for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle operational challenges.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Makassar.
