PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa (SBP), a dynamic holding company overseeing PT Bintang Terang Perkasa, PT Bintang Hartono Jaya, and PT Mitra Accessories Indonesia, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding logistics team in Jakarta Barat.
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing a team of warehouse staff, and optimizing workflows to meet our high standards of efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Manage, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audit processes.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize storage space and operational throughput.
- Coordinate with procurement and transport departments to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Enforce strict health and safety (K3) regulations throughout the warehouse facility.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing warehouse teams.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of inventory tracking, storage optimization, and logistics safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Barat and work flexible hours as required by operational demand.
