Capital Dynamics is seeking a talented Web Designer to join our creative team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our existing web properties while crafting innovative, userāfocused designs for new projects across the group. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content specialists to deliver visually appealing, responsive websites that align with our brand objectives and drive engagement.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
- Collaborate with frontāend developers to translate designs into clean, semantic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript code.
- Create visual assets such as icons, banners, and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Stay abreast of latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the design workflow.
- Participate in brand guideline development and ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; familiarity with frontāend frameworks such as Bootstrap or React is a plus.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
- Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas effectively.
- Excellent timeāmanagement skills and the capability to handle multiple deadlines.
