As a Weekend Showroom Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of Origin Sleep, engaging with customers in our showroom and guiding them through our premium product range. You'll work alongside our friendly team, ensuring the showroom is always presentation-ready and that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Present and demonstrate Origin Sleep's mattress and sleep product range
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Provide follow-up support and address customer queries professionally
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn about sleep products
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Basic English language proficiency
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or valid work passes eligible to work in Singapore
