Job Description

We are Sausage and Ribs Shack Sdn Bhd, a Western BBQ restaurant located in Cheras. We are seeking a motivated Western Restaurant Commis to join our kitchen team and help deliver high quality dishes to our guests.

As a Commis, you will learn from experienced chefs, execute mise en place, and support daily kitchen operations across Western cuisine. This is a hands-on role that offers learning opportunities in grilling, sauce preparation, plating, and kitchen workflow, with room to grow into more senior kitchen positions.

Key responsibilities include assisting senior chefs, preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining clean and organized workstations, following recipes and portion controls, monitoring food temperatures, and upholding food safety and sanitary standards. You will also assist during service, rotate stock, and support with dishwashing and equipment care.
