Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality table service, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated and met promptly.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the current wine menu to provide expert recommendations and pairings.
- Correctly execute opening and closing duties, including station setup and inventory checks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and glassware, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and handle transactions with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow between the bar, kitchen, and dining floor.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a solution-oriented and hospitable attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant, bistro, or fine-dining setting.
- Strong working knowledge of wine varieties, service techniques, and glassware etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
