Responsibilities

  • Lead the Zone General Management for Samarinda, owning strategy, operations, and P&L performance.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and customer engagement through integrated marketing, partnerships, and merchant programs.
  • Align regional activities with Gojek's standards while adapting to local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across marketing, operations, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Ops to design and execute programs, track KPIs, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience, safety, and compliance across all zones and touchpoints.
  • Optimize budget, resources, and cost efficiency while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Foster strong merchant and driver partnerships, negotiate terms, and nurture the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of general management or regional leadership experience in tech, marketplace, or logistics sectors.
