In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall P&L for the Bandung zone, driving growth, operational efficiency, and localized market strategies that align with Gojek’s mission to simplify daily life.
As a Zone Strategy Manager, you will act as a mini-CEO for your region. You will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and on-the-ground execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize service performance, and foster deep connections with our driver-partners, merchants, and customers in Bandung.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to optimize P&L performance for the Bandung region.
- Analyze hyper-local market trends and competitor activity to capture new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, and Product) to implement localized campaigns and improvements.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and service quality across Gojek services.
- Lead strategic projects that improve the end-to-end user experience for customers, merchants, and driver-partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and deploy scalable solutions to resolve regional challenges.
- Foster strong stakeholder management by aligning regional goals with national business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, or high-growth startup operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities or complex operational budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, specifically the Bandung consumer landscape.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
