Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for a skilled Aladdin Business Analyst to join us on a 12‑month contract basis in the heart of Singapore’s Central Region. In this role you will be at the forefront of implementing, optimising and managing the industry‑leading BlackRock Aladdin platform, which underpins our investment, risk and operational strategies.
You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, risk officers, compliance teams and internal technology groups to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Your day‑to‑day will involve data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance for portfolio and market data feeds, while also developing intuitive dashboards and reports that provide real‑time insight into performance and risk exposure.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration and rollout of Aladdin modules to support investment decision‑making and risk analytics.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance for portfolio and market data feeds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non‑functional requirements, translating them into detailed specifications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts to monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure.
- Support the migration of legacy systems to Aladdin, including testing, training and change management.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform issues, coordinating with BlackRock support and internal IT.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with exposure to BlackRock Aladdin.
- Solid understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and risk concepts (e.g., VaR, stress testing).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working in cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a contract or project‑based role is advantageous.
