Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder coordination with clients and internal teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Resource allocation and team leadership to ensure timely milestone achievement
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity
- Budget management and financial reporting for project deliverables
- Quality assurance implementation to meet industry standards and client expectations
- Agile methodology adoption for iterative development and delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in ICT sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing fintech/digital wallet projects
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
