LINACO is seeking a dynamic ERP Strategist (Power BI) to join our innovative team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver cutting‑edge Power BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights, supporting our enterprise‑wide ERP strategy.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analyzing processes and data flows to create robust reports and dashboards that drive informed decision‑making. This position offers the opportunity to shape our analytics roadmap, implement best‑practice methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include delivering high‑quality BI solutions on time, mentoring junior analysts, and staying ahead of emerging technologies in the Power BI ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly analytics products that empower data‑driven decision making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to map data flows, identify integration points, and ensure data accuracy across ERP modules.
- Apply industry best practices for data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of BI projects from requirements gathering through to deployment and user training.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor and refine existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user adoption.
- Support the formulation of the overall ERP strategy, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report design.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of core business processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Power BI or Microsoft Data Analyst is a plus.
