Job Description
Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UAT Tester to join our team for a 12-month contract assignment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation of customer service-related systems by conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing.
You will collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to identify, document, and validate system functionality against business requirements. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive UAT test cases for customer service-related systems implementation
- Document and track test results, identifying defects and inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to resolve issues and validate fixes
- Participate in test planning, requirement analysis, and risk assessment activities
- Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified issues remain resolved
- Provide regular status updates and test summary reports to project stakeholders
- Ensure all test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on UAT testing experience in IT projects
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and bug tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand functional requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments
- ISTQB certification or relevant testing qualifications preferred
