Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Present and promote advertising solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet quarterly targets
- Prepare sales proposals and conduct product demonstrations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in advertising/digital marketing
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Jakarta's advertising market preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
