Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Promote job openings through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a commission-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Selfâmotivated with a positive, canâdo attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is advantageous.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
