At LINACO, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Planner to join our team in Shah Alam. As a Sales Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating between various departments to ensure seamless sales operations. You will be the bridge between sales, production, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, R&D, and logistics. Your ability to communicate effectively will drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, planning inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, monitoring performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and providing actionable insights to management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales admin, production, supply chain, procurement, QA, R&D, and logistics teams to streamline sales operations.
- Communicate important customer feedback to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and plans based on historical data and market trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales planning, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
