Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery
- Oversee seamless event registration processes, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate client needs across departments, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction rates
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, providing actionable insights for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client relations with minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for tracking customer interactions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
- Experience in event management, registration systems, or B2B sales is an advantage
